Boulder County Schools
Congratulations on your decision to explore the opportunities in Boulder Valley School District. In the district's 29 elementary schools, 21 secondary schools and four K-8 schools, we recognize that world-class education does not come in a one-size-fits-all package. In addition to a variety of focus and charter schools, the district's neighborhood schools, alternative schools and cutting-edge school programs give parents and students a customized approach to meeting their education needs.
Some of the most sought-after academic programs are found in BVSD, including Talented and Gifted, Computer Literacy, Bilingual Education, English as a Second Language, Experiential Learning, Pre-Engineering and many more. And though we can't possibly include links to all the information on this site, we have tried on this page to provide the critical links to get you started. Thanks again, and welcome.

Gilpin County Schools
The mission of the Gilpin County School District is to provide a positive, caring culture
in a safe environment focused on academic excellence.
When parents think school is important, their children will think school is important too.
To make sure your child gets the most from his/her education, we encourage parents to
share ideas and concerns – anything that will make Gilpin County Schools a better place
to learn. We hope that you will always find us “open” to suggestions and concerns and
available to sit down with you and work together.
